We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solutions Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge video door entry and building access solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend innovation with strategic vision, ensuring our offerings meet market demands and drive business growth.

The solution manager will conceptualize, and build solutions that solve common challenges or pain points in the market, while aligning the product roadmap with the company's strategic vision. They conduct market research to determine customer needs, analyze data to drive strategy, and oversee the development process. This is a cross-functional role that encompasses a broad range of knowledge and skillsets, and often involves working in collaboration with multiple teams and specialists.

The ideal candidate will have a background in product management or in business development, with a keen understanding of market needs and customer satisfaction.

What will you do at our company?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and conduct in-depth market research, to understand emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the video door entry and building access industry
  • Analyze and synthesize customer feedback, market data, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for new features and solutions
  • Develop comprehensive solution plans that address connected needs across different customer segments, ensuring a holistic approach to building access and security
  • Manage the solution roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic importance, customer impact, and revenue potential
  • Involvement in the ideation and conceptualization of new solutions, ensuring they meet market demands and align with the company's growth strategies
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth rollouts and integration of solutions into existing ecosystems
  • Input on go-to-market strategies and provide support to marketing and sales teams in crafting compelling messages and materials

What do you need to work at the position?

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive presentations and stakeholder management
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced and dynamic environments, maintaining a focus on customer experience and operational excellence
  • Experience with IoT, smart home/building technologies, and cloud services is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management or business development within a technology-focused company
  • Proven track record of managing or selling solutions within a technology-focused company
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience guiding cross-functional teams
