What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate on and enhance our marketing automation strategy while mentoring a junior specialist
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, product owners, and sales teams to ensure aligned strategies and continuous improvement
- Content Development: Collaborate with our content team to create compelling campaign themes
- Design & Delivery: Execute marketing automation emails, prompts, and follow-ups aligned with our business objectives
- Data Analysis and Strategy: Use sales and behavioral data to refine and target marketing campaigns
- Reporting and Analytics: Handle marketing automation reporting and improve tracking systems to measure campaign success
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Develop experiments to test and implement effective strategies swiftly
What You’ll Need
- Experience: At least three years in marketing automation, with a strong record in B2B campaign design and data analysis
- Creativity: Innovative thinking to develop unique marketing strategies and stand out in the market
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach, ensuring marketing efforts meet client needs and enhance satisfaction
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pardot and Salesforce and familiarity with other marketing tools for seamless integration and tracking are a plus
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights
