We are seeking a enthusiastic and adaptable Junior Solutions Manager to support the development and implementation of cutting-edge video door entry and building access solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend innovation with strategic vision, ensuring our offerings meet market demands and drive business growth.

The solution manager will help conceptualize, and build solutions that solve common challenges or pain points in the market, while aligning the product roadmap with the company's strategic vision. They will be involved in planning and conducting market research to determine customer needs, and provide support in the analysis of data to drive strategy. This is a cross-functional role that often involves working in collaboration with multiple teams and specialists.

The ideal candidate will have a background in product management or in business development, with a keen understanding of market needs and customer satisfaction.

What will you do at our company?

Support Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist in collaborating with R&D, marketing, sales, and other teams to conduct market research, understand emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the video door entry and building access industry
Customer Feedback Analysis: Help analyze and synthesize customer feedback, market data, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for new features and solutions
Solution Planning: Contribute to developing comprehensive solution plans that address connected needs across different customer segments, ensuring a holistic approach to building access and security
Facilitate Integration: Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth rollouts and integration of solutions into existing ecosystems

What do you need to work at the position?

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to form cohesive and convincing arguments for stakeholders
Be able to maintain focus on customer experience and operational excellence
Academic experience in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in product management or business development within a technology-focused company
