How 2NOS teams works
We have eight development teams (2-6 team members each) containing a necessary roles and skills to delivery 2NOS product increment. Of course, we also cooperate with another teams and stakeholders across the entire 2N/AXIS company (we are part of Swedish company AXIS).

What will you do in our company?

  • Coach both individuals and teams on their Agile journey
  • Be part of the Agile Competence team of the Scrum masters and work on common goals together
  • Contribute to transforming a project-centric culture into a product-oriented one
  • Join a team of like-minded passionate professionals in a flexible, multicultural environment
  • WE NEED HELP WITH: continuous improvement and evolution of product; forming the feature teams from component teams; partnership with Product Owner

What we expect at the position?

  • Open-minded, supportive and result-oriented personality
  • Scrum Master working experience in a software team environment
  • Perfect knowledge of Czech/Slovak language and written and spoken English
  • Objective & key results
  • Technical background
  • Experience with embedded devices
  • Jira experience
